Senate Bill 13 Permits Parents the right to choose which library resources their children may or may not check out while at any Santa Gertrudis ISD library. While this does not guarantee a child may not grab the restricted material, but once a parent informs the Santa Gertrudis School District through this form or another method of writing, school district personnel ensures that child will not check out any of those library resources.
