2017-2023 District Goals

Goal 1-- All facilities need to be compliant with TEA Standards by providing for a safe, clean, and well maintained environment that contributes to energy efficiency and the success of all stakeholders in conducting various educational activities by 2023.

Goal 2--SGISD will strive to ensure student success by establishing support services that meet the needs of 100% of its student population by the end of the school year 2023.

Goal 3--SGISD community and parental involvement will increase by 5% by the end of the school year 2023.

Goal 4--SGISD will strive to increase technology in the classroom by providing each junior high and high school student their own electronic device by the end of the 2023 while also providing teachers the tools necessary to effectively integrate these devices.
