Timeline

Grievances must be filed within 15 days of the date the student or parent first knew, or with reasonable diligence should have known, of the decision or action giving rise to the complaint, unless modified by mutual written consent. Hearings will be scheduled within the time set in policy.

Step-by-Step Process
  • Complete the appropriate form and submit in person to Santa Gertrudis ISD Central Office- PO BOX 592 Kingsville, TX 78364. If you would like to email the form, please contact our office at 361-384-5087.
      • Parents/Students/Public: Submit the form either in person at the Santa Gertrudis ISD Central Office or contact the front office at 361-384-5087. It will be filed with a Level One Administrator.
